About the Role:
As a Store Manager Couple, you will
Oversee the day‑to‑day running of ALPA supermarkets in remote communities
Coach, mentor, and support local team members
Bring ALPA’s nutrition policy to life by promoting healthier choices
Work closely with merchandising, nutrition teams, and community leaders to keep stores running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management
Strong knowledge of electronic retail systems (POS, stock control, staff scheduling)
Certificate III in Retail or willingness to complete within 12 months
High adaptability and cultural awareness in remote or regional settings
