About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only plan and execute marketing campaigns, but also conceptualise, film, and produce short-form video content for social media.
You’ll be working across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and RedNote (Xiaohongshu), creating engaging, on-brand content that captures attention and drives engagement. You will also play a central role in designing and delivering events, from concept and activation through to execution, working closely with our team to bring ideas to life.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-paced business environment, can juggle multiple projects at once, and has an eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
* Conceptualise, film, and produce short-form video content for multiple social media platforms.
* Create engaging content aligned with brand guidelines for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and RedNote.
* Coordinate and execute event marketing, including event design, activations, and on-site brand experiences.
* Design simple marketing materials and layouts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
* Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Manage ad-hoc marketing projects as required.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
* Strong understanding of social media and content creation, including video production and editing.
* Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and RedNote.
* Experience in event design, activations, and end-to-end event delivery.
* Creative flair for design, with the ability to produce simple, visually appealing layouts.
* Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
