Through our Care, Prevention and Advocacy programs, we fight for their right to be safe, so their future is strong.
We also support Dolly’s Dream to help change the culture of bullying by addressing the impact of bullying, anxiety, depression and youth suicide, through education and direct support to young people and families.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Supporter Engagement, the Fundraising Data Specialist is responsible for three core elements: campaign data management, fundraising program reporting, and ongoing Raiser’s Edge database management and optimisation.
* Collaborate with the Fundraising & Supporter Engagement, Development, and Dolly’s Dream teams to maintain, improve, and optimise our CRM, Raiser’s Edge.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and export targeted data lists for campaigns across direct mail, telemarketing, SMS, and email. As well as generate personalised URLs (PURLs) to enhance donor experience and giving.
* Manage CRM processes including data imports and exports, hygiene, data structure, and documentation for both the Foundation and Dolly’s Dream.
* Produce accurate, timely and efficient performance reporting for campaigns, regular giving, community fundraising and donor behaviour to identify key trends and opportunities
This role is full time, 2-year contact, formally based in South Melbourne. We promote flexible working arrangements, emphasising that work remains the primary focus, tailored to individual needs, role requirements, and the commitment to high-quality work delivery.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed orientated and organised person who is comfortable working autonomy within a high performing fundraising team.
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented fundraising database and analytics specialist to join our high-performing fundraising and development team.
You’ll play a vital role in database management and analysis to support a strong, compelling and supporter-driven data to help us generate and grow revenue, and acquire and retain supporters, funders and partners.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring your Raiser’s Edge expertise, strong attention to detail, growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
The Perfect You
If we could create the perfect you, you would have:
* At least 5 years of experience in fundraising database administration, or experience managing fundraising campaign and reporting data in a complex data environment
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with Raiser’s Edge NXT and donation management platforms such as Funraisin, Raisely or Pixo..
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with demonstrated experience in deriving key insights from data and interpreting these insights to various stakeholders to make recommendations and improvements.
* Strong experience and knowledge in donor segmentation, propensity modelling and marketing journey automation, and in compling data aligned to campaign briefs and strategies.
* Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills, and experience training staff in dabatase systems and processes.
* Self-driven, positive and highly motivated, with the ability to work effectively as a member of a small team.
