Job Overview
The Trade Yard Team Member is a pivotal role within our store's operations.
* Ensure the health and safety of staff, customers, and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service in the yard, assisting with orders and delivering fast, efficient service.
* Pick orders for delivery trucks to meet customer expectations.
* Receive and store stock, primarily timber and associated products.
* Demonstrate outstanding customer focus and dedication.
* Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required.
* Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Be physically fit and able to work on feet all day.
* Hold a valid forklift license.
