Monday to Friday The Position Managing a well-maintained property portfolio of 180 properties Nurture relationships with existing landlords and tenants Conduct the day-to-day aspects of portfolio management, which include issuing termination notices, proactively managing rental arrears; preparation for tenancy tribunal appearances Maintaining accurate records and processes using PropertyMe software The Person A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence Strong communication and presentation skills The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internally and externally A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive client experiences A professional and mature approach to client interactions, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team This role is new today and not advertised before.
