We have an exciting opportunity for an Academic Team Leader at the University of Canberra Sydney Hills, a campus of the University of Canberra. This role focuses on delivering Health and Education courses to students locally and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement high-quality, evidence-based teaching and learning practices within the Academic Team.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
* Promote a culture of best practice across curriculum and student experience.
* Strengthen the partnership between ECA and the University of Canberra.
Ideal Candidate
* A doctoral qualification in nursing or related field.
* Current NMBA registration as a nurse (unconditional).
* Knowledge of ANMAC, AHPRA, TEQSA standards and compliance framework.
* Proven experience in curriculum design, teaching, and assessment within higher education, with a strong commitment to student learning and academic quality.
* Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
