As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining Purified water treatment equipment, diagnosing faults, and providing technical support to customers. You'll work independently and as part of a team to ensure our clients receive reliable and timely service.
Water Treatment experience not required as full training will be given at our factory in Cameron Park. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Purified Water Systems (PWS).
* Diagnose issues and carry out troubleshooting and corrective actions.
* Install new equipment and ensure proper commissioning.
* Provide on-site support and training to customers.
* Complete service reports, documentation, and safety records.
* Follow company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations.
About You
* Experience as a Service Technician or similar mechanical/electrical role.
* Trade qualification in electrical.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Current driver's licence.
* White card.
* Ability to travel for service work as required.
