About the role

Mandurah Baptist College is seeking to appoint an outstanding administrator to the role of Curriculum & Data Assistant (Primary). This is a full‐time role (1.0 FTE) commencing January 2026.

The Curriculum & Data Assistant (Primary) is primarily responsible for supporting the Dean of Teaching and Learning (Primary) and Head of Primary in relation to curriculum and data initiatives within the Primary School. This is a data systems and processes focused role designed to support the optimum delivery of the curriculum to students and attention to detail is essential. This position will work in cooperation with others in the Administration team including Student Services to serve the best interests of the College and its students.

Excellent organisation, interpersonal and technical skills are essential for this role. A knowledge of timetabling and school administration systems and experience in working with these is highly desirable.

Relevant qualification and experience

A commitment to child safety and a Working with Children Check

Valid National Police Certificate

Current Apply First Aid certificate

Ability to provide a current Pastor / Ministers reference / referee commendations
