An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Client Experience and Integration team within the Fines and Debts business unit at Revenue NSW. We're seeking a dynamic Senior Advisor to lead onboarding initiatives for new business partners in the State Debt portfolio.
What You'll Do
* Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new business partners into State Debt
* Manage a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
* Maintain governance frameworks and ensure quality assurance across onboarding processes
* Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic forums and working groups
* Coordinate projects and manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in debt management and collections
* Demonstrated people leadership
* Skilled in project coordination, SharePoint, and JIRA
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork capabilities
* Agile mindset with a commitment to customer-focused service delivery
