The Opportunity
We’re working with a highly regarded manufacturing business in NorthWestern Sydney, currently seeking an experienced Internal Auditor for a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with the Head of Finance and senior leadership team to deliver the annual internal audit plan across a dynamic operational focused company.
You’ll take ownership of key risk and compliance audits, drive actionable insights, and support a culture of continuous improvement in governance and control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver end-to-end internal audits, from planning through to reporting
* Identify control gaps and provide practical, value-adding recommendations
* Build strong working relationships with business leaders and audit partners
* Support ad hoc investigations and special projects as needed
* Ensure timely, high-quality audit documentation and reporting
What You Bring
* Proven track record in internal audit within large or complex organisations
* Strong understanding of risk frameworks and internal controls
* Experience building up processes
* CA/CPA qualified (CIA desirable or in progress)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident operating with autonomy
* Immediately Available or on Short Notice
