With a supportive analytics leadership team and growing demand for insightful, high‑quality reporting, they are now looking for a Data Analyst & Reports Developer to join their team.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on data analysis & reports development role and stakeholder‑facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems and bring both Tableau and Power BI experience.
You will sit between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear requirements, high‑quality delivery, and meaningful insights. You will contribute to both ongoing reporting needs and strategic uplift initiatives.
* Contribute to both strategic reporting initiatives and tactical BAU deliverables.
* Develop dashboards and data models in both Tableau and Power BI.
* Write and maintain SQL queries, perform data validation, and apply sound data‑modelling techniques.
* Act as a trusted partner between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong experience in both Tableau and Power BI (essential).
* Solid SQL skills, including writing queries, validating data and building data models, and experienced in building data pipelines would be highly regarded.
* Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders: confident, clear, and able to shape requirements.
* Experience building reporting solutions that solve real business problems.
* Comfortable working through ambiguity, particularly during technology transition phases.
* Open‑minded, collaborative, and willing to adopt new approaches (ideal for someone without rigid, “fixed” ways of working).
* Financial Services industry experience is highly desirable.
