The Role
* Managing a local portfolio all Upper North Shore
* Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
* Respond to all phone and email inquiries
* Managing maintenance
* Entry & Exits Condition Reports
* Arrears Management
* Attending NCAT if/when required
The Person
The ideal person for this role will enjoy building relationships and have exceptional time management and communication, as well as...
* Must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing all aspects of a residential portfolio
* Current Class 2 licence
* Valid drivers licence and vehicle
* Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
* Good longevity across your career
* Professional personal presentation
