Niche Resources is seeking skilled operators to join high-performing teams on significant civil and mining projects across WA's Pilbara and Goldfields regions. We partner with clients who run a modern, well-maintained fleet, guarantee on-time weekly pay, and offer a path to permanent employment.
What We Offer:
* Excellent Pay Rate: up to $64 per hour
* Roster Flexibility: Choose from a 2/1 or 4/2 roster
* Modern Fleet: Operate clean, well-maintained side tippers (triple & quad, mostly auto)
* Reliable Pay: Paid weekly, on time, every time
* Job Security: Temp-to-perm opportunities available after 3 months
* Convenience: FIFO/DIDO from Perth
* Variety: Projects across the Pilbara and Goldfields, with short-term harvest work also available
What You'll Bring:
* Valid MC Licence
* Proven experience operating side tippers or road trains
* A strong commitment to safety and a team-first attitude
* Current National Police Clearance (within the last 3 months)
* Previous FIFO or remote driving experience is highly regarded
