Key Responsibilities: Handle administrative duties, including data entry and processing, and journal entries. Reconcile accounts, prepare cash positions, and assist in cash flow forecasting. Manage daily downloads, complete EFT vouchers, and maintain online reports. Assist in month-end processing, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations. Qualifications: Previous office experience is desirable but not mandatory. A current driver's license is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with efficient typing speed and accuracy. Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work to meet deadlines. Personal Capabilities: Efficiently manage time and work priorities. Display an innovative and inquiring mindset. Strive for high standards and demonstrate a "Can Do" mindset. The company is one of Australia's largest cane growers and owns and operates Millaquin and Bingera sugar mills in Bundaberg.
