Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government Construction business that has historically managed building maintenance, surveying, engineering, interior design, landscape architecture, program management & property services for the QLD Government.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide quality project and contract administration services for Project Managers, Superintendents and Superintendent's Representative in accordance with Conditions of Contract and Internal procedures and policies
- Processing of contractual payments, ensuring adherence to all contracts administration procedures
- Regular review of system data to identify inaccuracies
- Highlight issues of poor or inaccurate project profitability
- Preparation of contractual letters and maintenance of records and files
- High attention to detail, good time management, and ability to multitask
- Strong active-listening, and communication skills, both written and verbal with a broad range of stakeholders
- Experienced with** **MS Suite 365
- Proficiency in problem-solving
