**The Opportunity**:
Are you about to or have you recently graduated? Are you looking for an exciting administrative opportunity? Have you worked in retail or hospitality and are looking for a taste of working in an office environment for an exciting company?
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Sydney-based NSW Planning team as a Team Administrator. You will have the opportunity to be part of a professional and high-performing team with a fun, supportive culture that will kick-start your career in a role that provides administrative support to director/s and our wider Planning team.
**You will**:
- Provide proactive and superior administrative support to Directors and the wider Sydney Planning team.
- Extensive report formatting, preparing tenders and presentations.
- Database maintenance/data entry, document and record filing systems.
- Coordinating travel, diary management, client meetings and events.
- Provide technical support on all Microsoft Office Suite programs and expense management system (Concur).
- Provide financial and technical support on the Urbis Practice Management system, including the set-up of projects, processing of timesheets, budgets, monthly invoicing and WIP management.
- Learning alongside experienced team administrators and kick-start your career.
**About You**:

- Ability to provide customer/client-service to a professional standard (for example prior retail or hospitality experience).

- An interest in administrative tasks with a high attention to detail.
- Minimum Intermediate level MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
