The Role:
Working collaboratively with the Head Coach, you'll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors' values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Experience as a Coach
* Actively engaged in Retailors' training platforms and possess a passion for sharing product knowledge
* Knowledge of visual merchandising standards
* An understanding of your store's scoreboard and an ability to identify opportunities for improvement
* An understanding of Retailors' policies and procedures
* Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience
* Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
* True LEADERSHIP, shown not through a title, but by the impact you have on people and outcomes
