Requirements:
* Previous experience in premium hospitality establishments, preferably managing sizeable teams.
* Proven ability to lead from the front, with a 'hands-on' approach.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to encourage and lead others.
* A true foodie at heart, with a passion for exploring culinary trends.
* Experience in comparable environments or within multi-site catering environments.
