We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Financial Crime Compliance team supporting the Nauru Agency. This role is critical to ensuring strong controls and compliance in a complex environment.
What we are looking for:
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills to identify, manage and mitigate the economic crime risks presented through the Agency.
- Relationship management background with proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver strategic solutions.
- Solid understanding of risk and foreign affairs, ideally with exposure to financial crime compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the AMLCO in oversight and administration of the AML/CTF Program for Nauru, including regulatory change.
- Monitor compliance and collate management information and transaction reporting.
- Respond to Agency enquiries and manage complex environments.
- Develop and oversee AML/CTF policies, conduct risk assessments and investigations.
- Provide training, manage projects, and liaise with stakeholders on governance and AML reforms.
- Act as delegate for AMLCO during leave periods.
