What You'll Do:
* Front-of-house merchandise sales and customer service
* Serving agricultural customers with chemical, fertiliser, and seed requirements
* Packaging, bagging, blending, and loading fertiliser products
* Loading and unloading customer and company trucks
* Supporting seed treatment and fertiliser treatment operations
* General warehouse and yard duties
* Opportunity to grow within the business and develop leadership responsibilities
What You'll Bring:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Problem-solving mindset
* Forklift licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
* Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (not essential but willing to acquire)
