Job Summary
Leidos Australia delivers IT and airborne solutions that protect and advance the Australian way of life. The position is responsible for leading Leidos Australia's remuneration and benefits strategy across complex, security‐cleared talent markets.
Responsibilities
* Design and refine remuneration and benefits frameworks aligned to Leidos' global reward philosophy.
* Conduct market benchmarking and translate insights into remuneration and retention actions.
* Own reward governance for review cycles, approvals, risk and assurance.
* Advise leaders on executive remuneration, incentive outcomes and market position.
* Lead benefits design and delivery to meet workforce needs and cost targets.
* Deliver annual remuneration and incentive review cycles, including planning, governance controls, communications and implementation.
* Support executive and senior leader remuneration outcomes with market insights and strong documentation/assurance.
* Support job architecture, role evaluation and grading frameworks to strengthen role differentiation and internal consistency.
Qualifications
* Deep expertise across remuneration & benefits in a medium to large, complex organisation.
* Proven design and implementation of remuneration structures and benchmarking methodology.
* Advanced knowledge of Australian reward practices, pay equity, and remuneration governance (risk, approvals and auditability).
* Credible advisor to senior leaders – able to influence, challenge and coach on reward decisions and trade‐offs.
* Advanced analytics capability (Excel and/or HRIS/BI tools) to model scenarios and translate data into clear, practical recommendations.
* Experience supporting executive and senior leader remuneration outcomes with market insights and strong documentation/assurance.
* Exposure to job architecture, role evaluation and/or grading frameworks to strengthen role differentiation and internal consistency.
* Australian citizenship is required; willingness to obtain an AGSVA security clearance if required.
