Our client is the market leader in the supply of diamond tools, equipment and accessories to the construction industries, and are currently looking for an Trade Counter Sales and Support professional.
This role is varied and covers areas such as: phone and over the counter sales customer support for diamond tool and spare parts and accessories, warehousing, stock control, support for our external sales force, invoicing, administration and workplace health and safety.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role requires a responsible, solution oriented person to provide excellent service to our Professional Contractor customers.
Ideally, you may have any or all of the following:
- Proven customer service experience in a service trade centre environment or similar
- Mechanical aptitude
- Forklift licence and inventory management experience.
- Most importantly you must be keen Keen to learn, keen to help, keen to provide excellent customer service.
Your ability to see beyond the initial sale and develop strong relationships aimed at facilitating growth of both our customers and the business will be crucial to the success of this position.
