Job Description
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting day-to-day parts operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online
- Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided)
- Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operations
- Learn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systems
- Build strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledge
About You
You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring:
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
