About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering professional reception services and supporting the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office. This casual position offers flexibility and the chance to contribute meaningfully to Council's service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide courteous and efficient reception and customer service.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
* Assist with correspondence, meeting preparation, and records management.
* Support office supply coordination and purchasing.
* Undertake delegated projects and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
* Business Administration qualification or relevant experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality

* Base Salary: $63, ,338.31(based on 38 hours per week) ,Plus Casual Loading
