About the Role
Provide one on one, in-home support to people with disability living in Paramatta and surrounding suburbs.
Successful candidates will have availability for short shifts ( up to 2 hours ) across weekdays with availability for early morning, late afternoon, and evening shifts. You will be required to travel to different locations in Paramatta and surrounding suburbs to provide in-home support to individual people.
Key Responsibilities
* Assistance with daily living (including personal care)
* Domestic assistance (support with household chores)
* Maintain and monitor person-centred plans
* Documenting and progress note keeping
* Community access and transport (with the use of your own vehicle)
Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting people with disability
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Confidence and experience in manual handling and providing personal care
* Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Willing to complete basic household chores
* Passionate about delivering Person-Centred care
