Nepean Hospital are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team. In this Permanent Part time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role will see you collaborate closely with physicians, technicians and fellow nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
Being a team member within the Cardiac Cath lab will see you monitor patient status and vital signs before, during, and after procedures, administer medications and provide emergency care when needed and assist physicians with procedures.

What You Will Bring To The Role
* Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
* Demonstrated effective communication skills, verbal and written
* Ability to work Monday to Friday, Mornings and Evenings, and on-call 7 days week
* Computer literacy and committment to personal development
* Preference for recent Advance Life Support training
* Demonstrated extensive experience in acute cardiac nursing, with recent cath lab experience (including Completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse)
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
