About the Company:
Eat to Live is more than a health food manufacturing business — we create nutritious alternatives to everyone's favourite foods. As our business continues to expand and grow, we're on the lookout for additional staff to join our Production Team on a Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time, and casual basis.
Positions Available:
Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
We welcome applications from:
• Entry-level candidates with little to no experience (Levels 1–2)
• Experienced Production Supervisors or Shift Leaders (Levels 3–6)
The Job involves;
* Operation of all aspects of the production, including packing, sealing, labelling, dating, boxing & stock control.
* Cleaning of all work areas and equipment to a high standard
* Product & packing Quality Control
* Follow all work instructions, procedures, and safety rules.
The ideal candidate will:
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
* Have experience in food processing (beneficial but not essential)
* Be physically fit and able to perform all duties, including standing for long periods
* Show excellent attention to detail
* Be punctual, reliable, and dependable
* Possess strong time management and organisational skills
* Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
* Have the stamina and resilience to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Suitable Backgrounds
Applicants who have historically done well in this role often come from backgrounds such as:
* Cleaning and commercial cleaning
* Manufacturing and production lines
* Hospitality, including chefs and kitchen staff who are seeking more stable hours and fewer late nights
Visa and Right to Work - We are open to employing candidates on a Working Holiday Visa, provided you can supply evidence of your right to work in Australia. A minimum six-month engagement is required.
Pay and Conditions - Wages are paid in line with the relevant Award rates -Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020 [MA000073]
