About the Role 
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our team full-time. You will be the first point of contact for guests, manage switchboard calls, provide administrative support, and assist sales and admin teams to ensure smooth dealership operations.
 * Answering/redirecting calls and promptly relaying messages
 * Greeting and assisting our guests upon arrival
 * Maintaining the office area
 * Providing administrative support and general office duties
 * Handle vehicle registrations
 * Prior registration experience – highly regarded
About You 
We're looking for someone who can bring:
 * Previous experience as a Receptionist.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
 * Professional presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
 * Strong ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
 * Experience in the motor vehicle industry is preferred but not essential.
