We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes to a high standard
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a cook
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
* Excellent time management skills
* Understanding of food safety regulation
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery preferred
