Assistant Property Manager

The Role
Based at our
Eastwood
office, you'll play a key support role within our Property Management team, working closely with experienced Property Managers and providing both administrative and on-the-road assistance across our portfolio.
This is a full-time position ideal for a motivated individual who has recently completed their qualifications and is eager to be mentored by highly skilled professionals, with a clear pathway to progressing their career in property management.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting ingoing and routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
Assisting Property Managers with final inspections
Following up on rent and water arrears
Maintaining clear and professional communication with tenants via phone and email
Organising key cutting for tenants and landlords
Preparing tenant packs and end-of-file documentation for properties concluding management
Drafting legal forms and notices relating to tenant breaches
The Essentials
A current Property Management license (essential)
A current drivers' license and reliable vehicle (essential)
Previous experience in a customer-serviced based role (desirable)
A passion for growth in real estate
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills
