Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)
The Restaurant Manager role is a key position within our senior leadership team. This position is perfect for someone who treats the business as if it were their own, leads with heart, brings energy and professionalism to every service, and is seeking a long-term employment opportunity.
Candidates for the Restaurant Manager position must have a minimum of 2-3 years of hospitality experience.
Assistant Restaurant Manager (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Our Assistant Restaurant Manager role is suited to someone who brings strong experience, an eagerness to learn and a genuine love for the hospitality industry. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy mentoring younger team members, taking ownership of service and contributing to a supportive, high-performing leadership team.
Hospitality Trainer (Part Time or Casual)
The Hospitality Trainer role is a multi-faceted position working across our venues to train, mentor and inspire our younger Front of House employees. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience, exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for developing others. You will play a key part in shaping future hospitality professionals by guiding service standards, building confidence and supporting staff through hands-on training.
Food & Beverage Supervisor (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Our Food & Beverage Supervisor role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example and understands the importance of consistent, warm and professional service. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy taking ownership of a shift, supporting their team and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. A passion for training and guiding junior staff is essential, as this role contributes directly to the growth and culture of our venues.
Applicants for the Food & Beverage Supervisor role must have a minimum of 1-2 years of food and beverage experience.
Experienced F&B Attendants (Part Time or Casual)
Our Experienced Food & Beverage Attendants play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for team members who bring confidence, great communication skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine love for hospitality. If you enjoy the energy of service, take pride in what you do and are committed to upholding high standards, this role is an excellent fit.
Bar Attendant (Part Time or Casual)
The Bar Attendant position is perfect for individuals who enjoy being highly creative, following trends and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. We are seeking applicants with experience, great product knowledge and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining warm, engaging interactions with guests. Strong teamwork, professionalism and a passion for hospitality are key.
Hospitality Trainee (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Our Hospitality Trainee position is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in the hospitality industry. No experience is required, just a positive attitude, a genuine passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn. Trainees will work across our venues while undertaking a Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality, gaining hands-on experience, skills development and mentorship from our senior team. This role is perfect for school leavers or individuals eager to build a strong foundation in the industry.
