Job Description
Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales to meet budgets, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service
* Delivery quality, profitable sales according to an established budget
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer any queries
* Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard
* Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, this includes picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner
* Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety
