About the role
We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, project delivery, and client engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring engineering excellence, building strong client relationships, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
What will you be doing
•Deliver high-quality engineering solutions on time and within budget.
•Lead technical analysis, design development, and process optimisation activities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
•Mentor and provide technical leadership to more junior engineers.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
About You
•Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
•A minimum of 6 years’ experience in water, wastewater or recycled water, infrastructure design, construction or operation.
•Experience with water and wastewater process modelling is desirable but not essential.
•Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
•Strong project management, leadership, and client engagement skills.
•Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
