Location: Springwood, QLD – onsite only (this is not a hybrid or work from home role)
Employment Type: Part-time (Monday to Thursday Schedule - 28 hours per week)
Remuneration: $65K + super (pro-rated to part-time)

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team on part-time basis, working approximately 28 hours per week, on a Monday to Thursday schedule (with the potential of increasing hours as the role requirements change).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for NDIS support workers (i.e. posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, and relevant onboarding documentation etc).
* Run staff inductions, and training programs as required.
* Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet workforce needs.
* Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies.
* Conduct audits and quality checks on staff compliance documentation and on-site service delivery.
* Conduct regularly check-ins with staff to ensure they are settling in well and receiving the training required.
* Collaborate with HR and operational teams to maintain workforce capability and compliance.
Skills & Experience
* At least two years of previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within disability or community services.
* Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker held in very high regard.
* Strong understanding of NDIS requirements and compliance frameworks held in high regard.
* Excellent documentation skills, an eye for detail, and strong time management abilities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Pro-active, problem solver and happy take on new responsibilities as needed.
* Must be available to work a Monday to Thursday part-time schedule.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent (desirable) or
* Qualification in Disability or Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)
