We're seeking highly motivated, personable, and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate positive outcomes and conduct an end-to-end sales process ethically.
About the Role
This role involves engaging with prospective residents and their families throughout the admission process, promoting the dignity, life, and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities. Our vision is to support older people to live the life they choose through innovative person-centred models of care.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Residential Aged Care or Retirement Living/Property sector.
* Experienced in achieving sales targets, working to KPIs and increasing revenue.
* Understanding of NSW Aged Care Legislation.
* Demonstrated CRM and database experience.
* Good understanding of reading and explaining contracts and financial documentation.
* Friendly and approachable patient manner.
* Experience in dealing with older generation.
* Australian Drivers Licence.
* Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDISWC Check.
