Job Overview
* This position involves supervising human and other resources to ensure mechanical maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance Task Management - Process Maintenance Work Orders and Templates accurately.
* Tactical Coordination - Liaise with the Maintenance Manager and Electrical Supervisor to schedule and complete maintenance tasks.
* Team Leadership - Lead, motivate, and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
* Certificate of Competency in relevant Rail Safety Work disciplines.
* Trade certification in a mechanical field.
* Experience in a railway environment.
