Clancy Motors Bathurst are seeking the services of either an experienced professional or a trainee receptionist to assist with a range of duties at our new multi-franchised dealership.
This role will include:
- Physical presentation of front office including displays.
- Handling client queries and/or referring to specialized staff as required.
- Being first point of call for visitors and clients to our dealership.
- Reception coverage.
- Banking and other administrative tasks.
About you:
If you are someone with great organizational skills, attention to detail, and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, we are looking for you!
You will ideally possess:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in basic computing, including Microsoft functions.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn.
