Whats on offer?
Do you enjoy helping people and want to play a pivotal role in influencing the quality of care for pets, whilst helping to facilitate and coordinate the flow of patients in and out of the clinic on a daily basis?
Are you already an experienced receptionist wanting to be a part of something more purposeful? Keen to build meaningful and rewarding relationships, meet and greet clients and make pets feel welcome when they visit?
Benefit from:
An opportunity to be a part of a highly capable team, working in a busy practice that enjoys a high, varied and interesting caseload – which means it's really interesting
Details:
* Full-time position (Perm-part/time position will also be considered). Experience is an asset but not a requirement. We have a well supported induction process and are happy to train you whatever stage of your journey you are at.
* Well organised and structured environment that supports learning and development within a friendly, supportive and approachable team.
* A team that gets together daily for clinic rounds plus regular team meetings and training sessions.

* Access to an In-house self-development, leadership and mental health assistance program through the Lincoln Institute.
* Stable roster consisting of a 38hr, 4 day week with the same day off each week plus one or two weekend shifts per month (paid at full penalty rates). No split shifts and a 6.30pm finish (clinic closes at 6pm).
