They are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team.

The Role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of the office and providing high quality administrative support across multiple business areas.
Key responsibilities include: Managing diaries and scheduling meetings (using Calendly and other tools) Handling correspondence, filing, scanning, and post duties Preparing meeting notes and organising online meetings Liaising with clients and maintaining a professional, polite phone manner Drafting and sending written communications when required Managing internal systems and supporting documentation across four business entities Assisting with general office coordination and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time You: The ideal candidate will have: 1-2 years' experience in an office administration or similar support role Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal A professional and friendly phone manner The ability to work well in a fast paced environment A proactive attitude and willingness to support a small but dynamic team Comfort working on site and engaging directly with the team and clients
