What you'll do
* Provide evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents (approx. 2–16) across speech, language, literacy and social communication.
* Assess children for speech, language, and literacy difficulties, write clear reports (NDIS, progress, reviews) and communicate goals and outcomes with families and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with schools, kinders and other professionals (psych, OT, paeds, educators); occasional community/school-based sessions.
* Run small groups (training provided).
* (If experienced) Support autism assessments after training; supervise students/peers as appropriate.
* Track outcomes and contribute to team projects that lift client care across the practice.
You'll bring
* SP qualification + current SPA membership (or eligibility) and Working With Children Check.
* New graduate or 2–3 years' experience in paediatrics.
* Curiosity, initiative and a growth mindset — you love learning and sharing.
* A team-first approach to client care and a genuine, caring communication style.
* Bonus interests welcome (we have extra strengths/resources in Autism & neurodiversity-affirming practice, Dyslexia, Orofacial Myology, Bilingual assessment & therapy).
Locations & hours
* Base: Williams Landing (HQ).
* Option: Split across Williams Landing & North Melbourne.

Salary & extras
* $89,000 – $107,000 total remuneration package (experience-dependent) + bonus potential tied to additional client hours.
