Position Summary

The Brand Executive supports the Senior Manager and the Brand Manager's in the development, coordination and in-market execution of brand and marketing initiatives across the ANZ portfolio. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient delivery of marketing activities through strong administrative, coordination, and cross‐functional support, enabling brands to perform effectively in market across Batteries, Lights and Autocare categories.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

* Brand & Marketing Support
o Support the Brand Manager's in the development and execution of annual marketing plans aligned with local and global strategy.
o Assist in the execution of brand initiatives, new product development (NPD) and consumer promotions across the ANZ portfolio.
o Support media execution through creative adaptations, material instructions (MI) population, and coordination of assets.
o Act as a day‐to‐day liaison between marketing, commercial, supply chain, regulatory and external partners.
* Portfolio & Project Coordination
o Provide project management support across key initiatives, including tracking of business cases in internal systems.
o Coordinate planning timelines, deliverables and cross‐functional inputs to ensure on‐time execution.
o Track NPD activity including ranging, listings, and internal status updates.
o Support budget management through purchase order creation, tracking and reconciliation.
* Marketing Operations & Administration
o Maintain product content and data within online catalogues.
o Manage material code maintenance, including extensions and status updates.
o Maintain and manage approval workflows to support global and local creative approval processes.
o Coordinate and maintain regulatory documentation.
o Manage GS1 requirements and reporting across the portfolio.
o Maintain and update BIZCAP systems and related reporting.
o Support consumer promotion logistics including entry data management and prize fulfilment coordination.
o Respond to and coordinate regulatory data requests and requirements.
o Manage consumer care queries in collaboration with local and global teams.
* Analysis & Reporting
o Support portfolio analysis including pricing, market activity and performance tracking.
o Collate competitive and market intelligence for local and global stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Required Skills and Experience

* Degree required with preference on Business, Marketing
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Technical and Functional Skills

* High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn internal systems and platforms.
* Sound understanding of marketing operations and execution processes.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective interpersonal and cross‐functional communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Experience supporting marketing or brand teams in a fast‐paced environment.
* Basic financial understanding with exposure to budget and purchase order management.
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
* Learning agility with a proactive, can‐do attitude.
* Interest in developing a career within brand or marketing functions.

Working Relationships

* Internal: Marketing Activation, Commercial, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D and Global Marketing teams.
* External: Agencies, suppliers and service partners as required.

Work Environment

* Based in ANZ market with responsibility for supporting marketing activities across multiple categories.
* Collaborative, cross‐functional environment with exposure to both local and global stakeholders.
