Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer support and product solutions across capital equipment and aftermarket wear solutions with a high level of professionalism.
* Develop strategies to grow existing accounts, initiate new business, and drive sales through individual and team efforts.
* Identify new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence.
* Conduct onsite and workshop-based inspections, providing technical advice to enhance product performance.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
* Demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to prepare high-quality correspondence and manage contractual processes.
