Job Description
M.J. Bale is looking for enthusiastic and customer‐focused Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our David Jones Kotara concession.
This is a great opportunity to work within a premium menswear brand in a fast‐paced concession environment, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting strong sales performance.
About The Role
* Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
* Assist customers with styling advice and product selection
* Support sales targets and contribute to store performance
* Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards within the concession
* Assist with stock replenishment and general day‐to‐day operations
* Represent the M.J. Bale brand with confidence and professionalism
* Work collaboratively within a small concession team
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
* Passionate about customer service and retail
* Confident, friendly and engaging communicator
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced concession environment
* Reliable, flexible and available across weekends and peak trade periods
* Retail experience is an advantage, but not essential
