Our newly created position, Human Resources Coordinator, will play a key role in delivering HR services and ensuring smooth operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee development.
2 days per week (in-office)

The Opportunity
* Assist with development of onboarding documentation and HR correspondence.
* Maintain accurate HR records across systems (Deputy, Cornerstone, Workday, Excel).
* Assist with updating policies, job descriptions, and onboarding materials.
* Support recruitment activities: job ads, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks.
* Coordinate new starter inductions and check-in schedules.
* Contribute to learning and development initiatives and performance review processes.
* Assist with HR projects, events, and CSR activities.
* Provide insights for remuneration benchmarking and support employee engagement programs.

Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
* Experience/exposure to HR administration or coordination preferred.
* Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and relevant legislation.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* High level of computer literacy, including MS Office; HRIS experience desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
* Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining a positive work environment.
* Must have Australian work rights.
