About Us: Join our dynamic team at 92.7 Mix FM and 91.9 Sea FM, Sunshine Coast's number 1 stations in their chosen demographics. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to spearhead our advertising sales and foster strong client relationships.
Overall Purpose: As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue potential. Your mission will be to exceed individual and team revenue goals by crafting and delivering multi-platform advertising solutions tailored to our customers' unique needs, powered by customer-focused selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalized service excellence, tailoring presentations to specific client needs with a proactive approach to revenue maximization.
* Engage in active prospecting to unearth new clients and business avenues.
* Meet and strive to surpass individual revenue targets.
* Offer precise and prompt revenue forecasts and performance metrics.
* Develop and retain a robust client base through insightful customer needs analyses and marketing strategies.
* Provide custom, integrated marketing solutions to overcome clients' marketing hurdles, ensuring impactful results.
* Strategically expand key and target accounts by setting clear goals and action plans, aligning with our ethos of customer-focused selling.
* Leverage SCB stations' full spectrum of resources, including sponsorships and promotions, to amplify client business growth.
* Continuously surpass client expectations by creating value-add opportunities tailored to their business challenges.
* Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
* Commit to ongoing personal development, enhancing knowledge of SCB products, market trends, research tools, and the competitive landscape.
* Organize and prioritize effectively, ensuring seamless plan execution to hit revenue objectives.
* Ensure efficient communication of management information by completing required reports accurately and promptly.
* Consistently create additional value for clients to exceed their expectations.
* Fulfill all roles as per management directives and within specified deadlines.
* Offer client entertainment solutions both during and beyond standard office hours.
* Take on additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in media/advertising.
* Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience required.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
* Ability to work flexibly, managing multiple priorities.
* A knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.
* Passion for the broadcasting industry and a deep understanding of advertising trends.
* Australian work rights are mandatory for this position.
