Monadelphous is seeking a Project Engineer - Mechanical to support our operations in our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division.
The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development of RFQ's, review of quotations, manage technical queries
- Review of internal and subcontractor quality documentation
- Collation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Interpret drawings, standards, and client procedures
- Engage and manage sub-contractors
- Build and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a mining setting
- Previous on-site experience
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Tertiary qualification in engineering (beneficial)
