_**Position Summary**_
- We are looking for experienced Landscape Gardeners to join our growing business. Your role will be to plan, structure and construct gardens, whether from the outset, as a replacement, or as a remodelling, consistent with our client requirements and expectations. The role requires having both a creative and practical mindset in order to create functional, beautiful and sustainable gardens._
- Specific responsibilities will include:_
- Site assessment: Evaluate existing landscapes to identify potential issues and opportunities for design improvements. _
- Design development: Create landscape plans based on client needs, including plant selection, hardscaping elements, irrigation systems, and grading. _
- Plant installation: Prepare soil, plant trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers, and grass according to design plans. _
- Hardscaping construction: Install features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences, pergolas, and edging. _
- Live garden: coordinate seedbed development and flourishment of growing sections_
- Irrigation management: Install, maintain, and adjust irrigation systems _
- Seasonal adjustments: Adapt landscaping practices to different seasons, including winter protection measures _
- Client communication: Consult with clients to understand their needs, present design options, and address any concerns_
- To be considered for these positions, you must have:_
- _At least a relevant Certificate III, plus at least 2 years of relevant work experience; OR at least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications._
- _Current Australian driver's licence. Transport and equipment will be provided._

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
