About the role
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our Sydney-based team, delivering on-site support across secure, mission-critical environments including data centres and critical facilities throughout the greater Sydney region.
Working closely with our Remote Hands, Operations and Support teams, you'll provide hands-on delivery across data centre infrastructure and building systems - installing and terminating BMS, ECMS and mech/elec services cabling, fitting sensors and metering devices, and interpreting drawings and schematics to ensure safe, accurate and reliable outcomes.

In this role, you will:
* Install and terminate BMS (Building Management System) and ECMS (Energy and Electrical Monitoring System) cabling.
* Install, mount and wire a range of sensors, including temperature and humidity, pressure and airflow, leak detection systems and current transformers (CTs).
* Read and interpret drawings, schematics and cable schedules to deliver works accurately.
* Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes for our customers.
About you
* Bring proven experience working in data centres or other mission-critical environments.
* Hold a current NSW Electrical Licence, with an ACMA Licence (fibre, coax and structured cabling endorsements) highly regarded.
* Have hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical services cabling, including interfaces with HVAC systems, switchboards, plant equipment and metering devices.
* Take pride in precise, high-quality workmanship and communicate clearly with end users and support teams.
* Work confidently within procedures and demonstrate sound judgement in secure or regulated environments.
* Are proactive and solutions-focused, capable of troubleshooting and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
