Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service.

You can read more about SMHS in our Strategic Plan We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) - IBD gastroenterology to join our dynamic healthcare team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead clinical excellence, provide advanced nursing expertise, and make a real difference in patient outcomes.
The successful applicant shall be responsible for the delivery of quality patient care within their speciality.
The CNS supports the delivery of quality patient care, through developing standards of practice, implementing changes to clinical practice, education of staff and initiating research and quality improvement activities.
The CNS is responsible for the provision of a consultation service within their area of expertise within the Hospital.
The CNS works collaboratively to improve the quality of patient care and promote desired outcomes in the gastroenterology patient population requiring management and care of inflammatory bowel disease.
As a senior nurse the CNS provides mentorship and role modelling for nurses and contributes to the advancement of the profession, in keeping with the vision and values for Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group.
