Assistant Manager - Cheese Industry Expertise
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our cheese cutting, merchandising, and quality assessment teams.
The ideal candidate will have retail experience, preferably in cheese and wine, a passion for food and teamwork. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sales floor management: assisting with sales targets; promoting products through visual displays;
* Merchandise selection: selecting products that meet customer preferences;
* Cheese cutting techniques: maintaining high standards of presentation;
